The Team
The development team for 760 Girard St. has had the vision to see ahead of the revitalization curve in downtown DC for the last decade, having built the Lincoln Condominiums at 2001 12th St., the first large residential development in then-challenged U St. corridor. The team saw the potential of a neighborhood with the right fundamentals and helped shape a community. The Lincoln is now recognized as an urban pioneering project, leading the path toward community development.
The architecture is by Rich Markus Architects of Georgetown, an award-winning leader in outstanding design of residential, commercial and retail projects throughout the DC area. Past clients have included National Building Museum, High Noon, and Tara Thai.
